Imagine a small, thriving NICU located on the shores of the Atlantic. Now imagine your entire clinical responsibility equates to working 26 weeks/year, including rotating through the Prestigious Academic Center. Well positioned for growth, the unit will be run by 2+ neonatologists while first call is taken by the excellent Academic Pediatric Hospitalist team. The hospital has a well-established maternal-fetal medicine service which interacts with our neonatology team. Call is from home, and days that are not spent in the NICU are all yours. Head for the beach, go sailing, or take a quick drive down to Atlantic City or Philadelphia. The cost of living is reasonable, the schools are strong, and the quality of life is simply unbeatable.
