This unit has an average census of 18, with one to two on vents at any given time. An experienced NICU staff with six NNP's providing in-house call, as well as a pediatric ICU are some of the benefits of this opportunity. Beeper call with paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance, as well as excellent compensation.
