Position for Neonatology Full-time Staff immediately available: Provide comprehensive neonatal medical services: Neonatologyist's responsibilities includes but not limited to care of neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, newborn nursery and emergency room. The neonatologist will attend high risk deliveries and emergency consultation for newborns in the delivery room. The neonatologist will participate in teaching nursing, respiratory therapists and provide education to medical students and residents. Communication with parents, staff and peers is essential. The neonatologist will participate in clinical research and community outreach for neonatal care; also of Neonatal Transport team. Requirements: California Medical License, BC/BE in Pediatrics, Neonatology/Perinatology.
