Responsibilities will include: providing neonatal services for a newly accredited Level III-A/B intensive care nursery with 17 beds and 24 hour in-house NNP coverage. Call is light and is from home. Other duties include: assistance in ongoing quality assurance/improvement programs, assistance with strategic growth processes for neonatal services, and providing teaching/support to our newly trained ancillary personnel. The climate of this NICU is intimate. Vermont Oxford and CPQCC Outcomes are Excellent. The selected candidate will need behavioral competencies which include: teamwork and collaboration, caring and compassion, communication, leadership, and judgment and problem solving.
