A small group of Neonatologists is getting ready to replace a doctor that is stepping down to retire and have an immediate need for a permanent physician. They are seeking someone for their Level II enhanced unit to cover both the NICU and well baby nursery. The average census is 8 -10 babies each with 2 - 3 on ventilators throughout the month. If you are Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatology, comfortable performing or learning to perform circumcisions, are a strong patient advocate, and don't mind a slower paced facility with a quality of life schedule we need to talk! Our client would like someone who will work to become a full partner within two years. This position is for a 24-hour beeper call day and is equipped with 5 NNP’s that provide 24/7/365 of cov!
