Full-time opportunity for a CNS with a strong clinical background in Neonatal Intensive Care nursing required. Two years experience as a Neonatal CNS preferred. The successful candidate will collaborate with the leadership team for Children’s Services on issues relating to Children’s Services setting, including occasional hands-on instruction and mentoring of Children’s Services nursing staff. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a positive approach to challenges with an ability and passion to practice evidence based nursing and educate staff to the highest level of nursing care. Outstanding communication skills and an ability to effectively adapt to an ever changing clinical environment.
Master’s in Nursing required; Oregon RN and CNS license or eligibility.
