St.Vincent and Parkview Health are seeking BE/BC Neonatologists to join a team which will relocate Spring 2008 to the new Women’s & Children’s Hospital at Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Via this partnership, St. Vincent and Parkview Health provide the highest level of Newborn Intensive Care Unit expertise to families in northeast Indiana. This advanced Birthing Center will include 16 LDR rooms, 24 post partum rooms and the 30-bed NICU. Parkview currently boasts a busy Family Birthing Center. In 2006 the Parkview system recorded nearly 3,500 deliveries. Fort Wayne is Indiana’s second largest city with a population of more than 220,000. Fort Wayne is ideally located less than 2 hours from Indianapolis and Lake Michigan and just 3 hours from the cities of Chicago, Cincinnati and Detroit.
